Both plans run in Microsoft Azure, East US 2, in the United States — one region, not selectable, with no EU, UK or Canadian hosting option today, and the product is English-only. The exception is email: our email provider, Brevo, processes in the European Union the names and addresses of the people we email and what we send them — for a new-findings alert, how many findings there are by severity and by check, never which object a finding is about — and, where text messages are switched on, the mobile number and the message. If regional hosting is a requirement, say so early: it is a scoping conversation, and Security & Trust sets out exactly what we have and have not proved about it.
